Space Bird MkII Module

The SPACE BIRD MkII is a repeat percussion–inspired tremolo, drawing from the pulse and character of early Valco and Vox amplifier circuits.

It moves from smooth, vintage amplitude modulation into sharper, almost ring-modulated textures as the Depth increases. At minimum Depth, the circuit disengages the modulation path, revealing a high-headroom JFET boost.

Controls

Level — Sets overall output level, from unity to boosted signal.
Rate — Adjusts modulation speed across a wide range.
Depth — Blends the modulation; fully counterclockwise removes tremolo entirely.
Mode — Three-position switch selecting oscillator range (low, mid, high).

Each unit is hand-assembled and individually calibrated in Salzburg.
