Hand-built in Salzburg, Austria, the Doheny Audio Lifter is an inline active preamp designed to bring new life to low-output dynamic and ribbon microphones. Delivering up to 26dB of clean, analog gain, it keeps your signal full and noise-free whether you’re tracking in the studio or performing live.

With true impedance matching and a switchable input setting, the Lifter lets you shape tone and response to suit any microphone. Built from premium components, each unit is assembled, tested, and inspected by technicians who share the same passion for sound as the musicians who use it.

Each Doheny Audio unit is built to order in our Salzburg workshop.
Every piece is hand-assembled, tested, and calibrated by ear before shipping.
