Low-Gain Fuzz Instrument

A restrained collapse of harmonic weight, shaped with intention rather than excess.
A low-gain fuzz circuit inspired by the classic Muff architecture, reimagined for clarity, control, and movement. Where traditional designs spill into uncontrolled density, this version stays articulate — letting texture form without losing definition.
It responds like an instrument rather than a wall of sound.
Voiced entirely by ear.
Released in limited numbers.
Built once.
The gain structure is deliberately moderated, allowing the circuit to move from sharp, biting attack into a thicker, more saturated bloom. Notes retain separation even as the texture expands, with harmonic content that feels present rather than buried.
A three-position voicing switch reshapes the entire midrange structure of the circuit. In its most open setting, the response is lean and cutting — designed for articulation and edge. Moving toward the center introduces body and balance, where the fuzz begins to settle into the mix. In its fullest position, the circuit becomes broader and weightier, delivering a dense, rounded saturation with increased low-end presence.
Each position alters how the circuit speaks, not just how it distorts.
Each unit is hand-assembled and individually calibrated in Salzburg.
Not designed for destruction.
Designed for control within collapse.
